Shipping & Returns

Orders & Shipment

Orders are processed and shipped wishing 2-5 business days. 

All orders are applied to “In Stock”

Orders are shipped to the UK, Canada, Japan, Australia, US. 

All orders will be dispatched during business days-Monday through Friday with the exception of Canadian holidays. Deliveries will only take place during business days.

Shipment Conditions

Unfortunately we can not separate shipment to two different destinations.The customer will have to order separate twice. 

  • All orders are shipped via DHL. 
  • DHL will not deliver to P.O. boxes. 
  • All devilries require signature. 
  • Shipping prices varies for each  country depending the weight and size of the product. We do not cover any VAT that is charged since we do not charge any at checkout. We cannot guarantee any shipment will be delivered tax and duty free. It is customer responsibility to pay  any charges by their countries custom agencies. Refused packages that are refused will be charged return shipping. We suggest to contact your local custom authorities for details concerning VAT and duty applicable for import shipments to your country. 

Fraud

  • Orders where the billing and shipping address do not match may be delayed in processing due to requirement of proof of identification and a valid credit card. 
  • We will require a copy go your photo ID and credit card you paid with (cover all numbers except last 4 digits) 
  • To reduce fraud we will require shipping and billing address to match 

Credit Card Charges 

  • Your card will be charged when a purchase is made

Out of Stock Items 

If the item you purchased is "Out of Stock "you will be contacted via email/phone to advise you so. 

International Orders

Delays is out of our control. If your parcel is inspected by custom office that might delay your package up to 31 days. If not received past 31 days, please verify the shipping address and then contact us in order to work out the order delivery. 

Lost Packages

  • Find status of the order and verify if it has been shipped by tracking it. 
  • Contact the local post office to verify if the item is available for pickup. 
  • Wait the allotted shipping time period for your parcel to arrive. 
  • The package could be delayed due to customs, therefore contact them to check.

Returns

All products may be returned within 15 days upon receiving your order. Original tags must be attached and items must be in used condition for you to receive 100% refund. If item is defective please contact our customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product and they will be happy to assist you with that inquiry. 

Returning a product 

Contact customer service and they will assist you through the steps in order to successfully return the item to the destination. 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method that was used. Restocking fee will be applied if the product is posted late, original tags missing, or item is used. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable, it is customers responsibility for the return shipping costs. 

Exchanges 

When item is return, and exchange can be done through placing a new order to ensure that the item is available.
