How do I clean my fur jacket ?
On stains and smell you can apply stains of water but if larger stains then bring to professional in order to clean it properly without damaging the jacket. Air Dried Fur only.
Does fur shed ?
Since our fur are all real, you may see some shedding from the natural product. Shake the fur jacket out for any excess fibres.

How do I know my exact size?
Our size are all real sizes. Please refer to the chart size on the product.
My package arrived damaged.
We take good care of the how to package and send our products. The steps that you are required to take is to take a picture of the damaged box before opening it. If the product is damaged please contact us immediately.
Can I modify or change my order?
